Has anyone ever put a PATA/IDE SSD in one of the Cobalt RaQ systems?

I am currently running two Seagate 80Gb HDs (RAID 1) in my Raq, but notice last night that I am only using like 3Gb of actual storage space.

I have seen 8Gb direct connection IDE SSD for the ~40$ range.

I would later go bigger if they work ok, but think of the power and more importantly the heat these would save!
