Could anyone recommend some place where I can find information about creating a "job and resume" website?

I need to be able to
1. Allow only registered users to post their resumes.
2. Allow employers to search the database
3. Have general administration (deleting accounts, deleting resumes) done by the webmaster.
4. May need the script to be installed on the server

I believe I've seen something like this being auctioned off on ebay at one time or another. If you have something similar to this that I can purchase, please let me know.

Is it possible to have the resumes viewable in Adobe Acrobat format?

For example: All resumes submitted are associated with three pre-defined key phrases. So one user decides to use the phrases "office clerk," "mail clerk," and "intern."

An employer happens to need an intern at the moment. A search for all users who submitted their resume with the key phrase intern is done. This returns a list of names. The employer can click on a name and view the resume in Adobe Acrobat Format.

I am not a programer but there is a PDF lib in PHP that should be able to convert the resumes to PDF for you.
