I setup one of my own domain as a reseller and did the usual setup. Now it cant receive incoming mails but able to send out mails.

I checked "edit DNS Zone" and it seems to be in order, the period"." entered correctly.

SOA = [domain.com.] & [root.domain.com.]

domain.com. = ns1.domain.com.
domain.com. = ns2.domain.com.
localhost.ns1.domain.com. = 127.0.0.1
mail = domain.com.
www = domain.com
ftp = x.x.x.x
ns1 = x.x.x.x
ns2 = x.x.x.x

The clients under the reseller all works fine they can send/retrieve mails without problems

I tried SOA = [ns1.domain.com.] & [root.ns1.domain.com.] but it still didn't work.

Anyone knows how to solve it.

Do you get any errors when trying to recieve your emails.

Are you using outlook ?

do you have a web based mail program ?

I forgot to mention, when I use another email account from outside the server, I get the following error:

Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:

Recipient address: nss@boomhost.com
Reason: Illegal host/domain name found

But if I send mail within the server I could receive it.

Hope someone knows the problem. It was working alright earlier but I did some configuring and can't remember what I modified.
