Can anyone recommend a good SQL host? I am looking for:

NT/2000 Server
SQL 7.0 SP2 (must be SP2!)
ASPUpload (or SAFileUP)

Options include controls such as ASPChart to create graphs on the fly. Web space is not as important as space on the SQL server. Must also be cost effective (<$400 per year), reliable and fast.

Have you looked into Virtualscape or Innerhost.
