It is certainly true that in these days as a host you do not let customers get on your bad side, it seems word gets around rather quickly!, lol
I wonder if ***** registered sucks*****.com - i think all xxxxxxxSUCKS domains should be reserved for complaints about companies, it would make finding out about them easy.
Then i thought about a more general approach of creating a global information resource, some sort of ABOUT archive.

I was thinking of registering a domain like GLOBALABOUT.COM (yes i know its taken) and pulling together all of the SUCKS and ABOUT domains together into a searchable archive, allowing the enwire world to share their experiences, good and bad, maybe a section purely for the company to defend themselves if they are interested in doing so.

The questions i really must ask is:

A) does this kind of archive already exist, i know "rating" systems exist, but do systems exist to link people to a companies associated "SUCKS" or "ABOUT" domain?, it will not be JUST for web hosting, but for every different type of company that exists, from Aardvark Salesmen to Zoo Rental Companies (i think i got alot of companies in that A-Z, unless anyone can think of a better "Z"?, lol)

B) do YOU think it would be popular, or would it be too easy to find the information without a dedicated archive?

C) would people on here be interested in contributing to the archive?

**This Archive Would Be NON Profit and funded without the help of ANY companies**
(Maybe an ad banner to support the costs if things got a little busy!, lol)

Haha, give your Host more money and if you are reseller for them get more clients, do all the donkey jobs:) and don't trouble them too much with your problems.

Once a year send them email greetings and say how excellent :stickout they have been.

It's the other way round, you have to be nice to them and maybe they will probably provide perks and specials.

In answer to you questions:

A) No comment.

B) No comment.

C) No comment.

Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
