Mine was pushing well over that at various times today and not once hitting that slow.

My servint box is fine too.

If you have issues, you should email noc@servint.com They have good, knowledgable NOC staff on standby 24/7. All my issues are always resolved promptly. And they will be able to help you troubleshoot your system =)

Posting on WHT doesn't help you get that kind of 24/7 support
