Hello all,
I'm working on my new website and looking for a place to host with.
Here are what I need:
Reliable and fast NT host,(it's better if the server is in Albanza)
ASP and Access database supported,
30 MB disk space or more,
20 to 30 GB of bandwidth usage per month(it's great if I can get more)
Price between US$25 to US$40(I can pay a little more if necessary)
I appreciate if anyone can tell me a good host. Thanks.

Hello Gary,
Reliable and fast NT host,(it's better if the server is in Albanza)
Alabanza doesn't do NT servers, so you won't find an NT host that is hosted there.
I think you will have a hard time finding an NT host that can offer 20 to 30 GB of bandwidth for $25 to $40 per month, at least one that is reliable and has good tech support.
But, I've been proved wrong before, so keep looking and maybe you'll find somewhere good.
Good luck,
Jason

Jason's right - Alabanza is a Linux-only shop. What's on your site that uses 20-30G/mo? You're probably going to have to go with a ded for that, as I don't know any shared hosts that can offer that much transfer for the price you name - especially with NT as the OS.

As a followup: Frank Rietta posted the following link (http://www.AtlantaWebhost.com/) in the We Need Your Suggestions... thread here, and it has a couple of NT plans. They are both a bit above what your price range was, but it looks like it might be a solution for you.
Thanks both of Annette and Jason,
About my new site, well, it won't get too much traffics when it start. But I think it will reach that number(20GB/mo) at few month later. It's kind of discussion board talking about graphics design, also a public gallery in that too.

take a look @ http://www.brinet.net
If you go to Hostspot's forum and do a search for Brinet, you'll find a very long thread about Brinet, where their representatives put their cases.
Hop over and then come back and tell me what you think...
