Does anyone know domaen.com? They offered domain at Rs.333/annual ($7.25 converted by them) but i don't even know what currency is that.

Rs is Indian Currency, which is US $1 = Rs 45 (on an average) and therefore thier conversion is pretty fair. But this price is only for partners or if you register domain for more than 2 years. If you want to register the domain for 1 year it will cost you Rs399, which is $8+ |
