I have spent the last 2 weeks looking into reselling. I have been through almost every forum I can find and I see a lot of ranting and complaining about services, chargebacks, clients, etc..

I have to admit its a bit concerning to me. With the initial amount of money that needs to be invested to start up I would like to ask is it worth it? I understand no matter what you do you will have draw backs and problems but I see more negative items than positive.

As a provider I want to be able to give my clients the best possible service and be able to collect a profit. I don't plan to get rich from this but plan to start this as a seconday income and be able to offer what I hope would be a good service.

So with that all said. Would you do it all over again knowing what you know now? What things have you run into that a beginner should consider? I am currently demoing ModerBill and would like some feedback on this or who would you recomend for client billing and management. I am looking positive and yes even though I see alot of it negative feedback. I like to see both side in order to make the right choice.

don't take everything you see on WHT to heart. It seems as though this palce has become somewhere to just bash and complain.

I would tell you to research all the popular control panels, billing systems and any other service you want to offer your clients. Then research the hosts on a few more fourms other than here. Ask for references of the hosts you like and then make a decision.

If you make the wrong one to start don't worry about it. Just move on to another and chalk it up as a live and learn.
