Ok.. Now I am confused. I have did what seems like all my homework, and decided that I would only benifit from an enom retailer account. So i goto enom's website and sign up for one. Now I have what I assume is a enom retailer account yet i dont see half the functions that I was expecting. Were my expectations incorrect? I was under the assumption that an enom retailer account would allow me to set my own price on domains above the $8.95 charge that they charge me, and allow my customers to register through my link through them. I do not see any of this stuff anywhere. Did i possibly do something wrong on setup, and or am I completely incorrect.

Yep - you need to convert to a reseller account.

Retail accounts are for personal registrations (so you cant set the price higher and sell to others.

Reseller accounts are for reseller (funnily enough) and allow you to do exactly what your looking to do.

So does converting it to a reseller account mean I will have to pre-fill the account with money?

You can fill it with less than $100 (any amount) if you pay by check. Also, if you pay check they don't charge you the 3% fee you pay with credit card or PayPal.
