:confused: Why is CWI Doing this?
Unfortunately in most forums, people don’t have much good to say, and fellow hosting companies are quick to show old or even recent negative posts of their competitors, as if they were perfect themselves. Generally when everything is going well, people don’t bother to say much, and if it something is not to their satisfaction, they do. This is pretty much nature of the Internet and forums. As a company that been around for over 4 years, serving thousands of clients, we understand no one is perfect, and that even 1% can lead to several opinioned negative feedbacks.
Many posts in forums generally are true, and many members really do want helpful communities including some forum moderators, to help you find a solution. However we have seen first hand, lies, exaggerations, and negative feedback from some that were not even the customers they claimed. This is not only against our company but others. These may be for personal interests, zealousness, or revenge for an action that was not out of order, and so on. The reasons are abundant, some actually just truly believe they were wronged and should tell others.
Anyhow here is the point. CWI Hosting.com may not have a great reputation in this forum, however we would like to assure you we are more then a reputable long standing company. We would like that side to also reflect here, and to you. CWI has thousands of satisfied clients and honestly receives daily praises via email and phone, so we know we are doing things right. We are also willing to provide referrals of real existing customers, and reviews from other sources. In addition to this, why not just try it first hand your self owe nothing, and cancel at any time? Again, no risk.
For all the companies and posters that are quick to bash others, and live on the forum to jump on people ASAP, they should spend half as much time worrying to improve their own services. Furthermore, those with no first hand knowledge or real information to contribute on a topic, shouldn’t even bother. For the professionals with real objective and useful feedback, we applaud you. CWI will ovoid bashing and commenting on subjects we have no first hand Knowledge of, as it is senseless to spread non factual information, or silly rumors .
As far as improvements, CWI continually implements them every month, with recent ones I’d be happy to share.
Our support staff did get short handed for a short period, but only due to extended massive growth. Growth is only accomplished when things are done right, and even during peaks, support issues were still resolved within a working day. If your are a one or two man operation with only 100 clients, turn around time on their cases may be easy, but if they stay in business long enough to manage thousands, then we will see. Longevity is also an important factor. As a trade off not many of the smaller outfits can offer the same deals, or have as much technology or technical know how, however they could offer more one on one assistance then a mega corporation which we are not. We think to see CWI as right in the middle appealing to the largest share of people, but obviously not to everyone.
Improvements
CWI has recently upgraded all its phone systems, and tested with SWB for short errors that could disconnect calls during peak hours. CWI will have completed an additional call center for emergency issues this week, giving you a human voice, with real 24/7 availability. We have also doubled our sales and support staff. Billing question responses have been improved, and billing errors are extremely rare compared to any industry, not to mention hosting. Network times to an already outstanding setup have been improved, and less accounts per server on already powerful machines offering 1,536MB of RAM standard. Online support center has been improved boasting 99% completion rate of all trouble cases including all severities in 12 hour cycles and much more CWI listens, and we do respond to customer concerns!
