I am currently looking for a reseller account through a respected hosting company in which I can use to host mutliple domains, and users/clients. I would need a fast server, and alteast 1 gig of space and unlimted domain hosting. I am offering my web design services in exchange for such reseller account.

What I would do:
I can give you both of the following designs:

Or I can create a custom template design, with 2-3 initial concepts, from there you can provide feedback, and I can make any revisions requested. Once you like one of the designs, I can create the HTML for it, along with a subpage. I would also hand over all original-layered PSD files, along with fonts, CSS and images used.
