(I've never done one of these ads before, so I thought I'd test my ad copy. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated, I'm working with a marketing consultant, but this is not my field-I'm on the tech side.)

Our servers are monitored 24/7 by an active response system that anticipates potential downtime.

We offer business hours front line technical support to all of our customers, training and development is also available, as is 24/7 emergency pager response with a guaranteed 30 minute on-site response time outside of business hours for our server co-lo customers. We also offer Active Response support that notifies our engineers directly in case of an outage on a customer-owned server.

After two years of intensive uptime monitoring, we have rolled out SLA-guaranteed High-Availability shared web hosting and server co-location.
