They have live chat sales, a ticketing system that works (average response time for the many tickets I've pots is 15 min), always anyone at any time answering tech and sales phone calls (thing that didn't happen before)... I think now it's taking form of a business really professional-driven. Should we reconsider them after this sudden change (for the better)? I am. Ran pretty cleanly (network wise) But then again there was only 1 customer on the server, The support was the real turndown. |
