Just received this (twice!):
Dear Valued Clients, have experienced a temporary network outage, today at 12PM EST lasting approximately 20 minutes. Our recent upgrade to a new GIGE switch, after rigorously testing the connection for 24 hours, continuously stable pushing 300MBPS, dropped the connection today. As a temporary solution, we switched to a failover connection of a 100MBPS FE switch, which prior to the upgrade was nearing max capacity. We are currently replacing the Fiber running from the core router to our main router, as we believe this to be the cause of the problem. In the meantime, we are also deploying a support forum, which is being completed now, for clients to interact with each other. This will be for usage of our Pwebtech, Mehost, and DedicatedNOW clients, and we feel that this will be beneficial to all of our clientele. We will update everyone later on today with the upgrades that are taking place. They are being done without interference to existing clients on our DCJN netw!
ork, as all traffic will continue to route over the FE connection, and once stability of the GIGE switch has been achieved, traffic will be re-routed over that, eliminating the latency that some clients are seeing now. We all appreciate your patience in this matter, and hope to have this resolved shortly.

I would like to know as well because I was receiving notices but since this weekend - I have not received a word.
