Hello again,
Just wondering, how does everyone pay for their domain registrations and their webhosting fees.
I was thinking about opening another bank account and using that account only for online transactions.
Is it wise to use the bank account you use everyday for other outgoing payments? or would that be a little risky?

I would not recommend using a bank account for that purpose. We have a business checking account that is used for the general cash flow of the business. Outgoing payments are done on an American Express card. Payments to the Amex are made from the business checking account.
The downside to using either a check card or direct account transfers, is that you have very little dispute protection.
Lets say you get a check card on your business account (or separate account). Lets say you give that card to xyz hosting company. If for some reason xyz hosting company decides to charge you $1000 for hosting this month, the money is deducted from your account and stays gone for a good period of time while you are disputing the charge. On the other hand, if it is an Amex, you put the charge into dispute and don't pay that part of the bill. The $1000 stays in your account to be used to pay other bills.
Just my $.02

I use credit cards. They offer you more protection against fraud and you can do a chargeback if necessary. If you use your checking account you have very limited actions in case you get burned.

Same here. I use credit cards and if I have a choice, I would use my AMEX Card, they seems to provide the best fraud protection compared to the others in my country.
