I am in search for Web2010 customers to exchange some experiences.

Especially the ongoing transition from Web2010 to
Hostcentric is worrying me. I couldn't reach the support
for three days. Any information whats up there?

Since 1998 Web2010 hasn't made me any problems.
But since the Hostcentric Fusion its transforming into
a land of confusion.

We used to have accts with them thru 2 of their resellers. I never could get answers as to why their servers reboot every couple of days. Plus, their domain control panels been under construction forever. We just moved the last domain away last Friday.

They have added some new services, and have a new control panel which seems to be working great. I can't complain, and I have been with them a couple of years. Tech support has always been easy to reach and has been really helpful.

Just as i said earlier , everytime someone says something bad one just registered user comes up with : "oh their servers are so fast..i have 7 sites with them and they are the best...and so on" Kinda strange right?
