I'm interested in promoting my hosting service via articles, I have already hire someone to write some articles for me and I need some advice on how to use them. Where to post the articles and how will the readers become customers.

I think you should post your hosting articles to top level article directories like ezinearticles and articlebase etc. just choose the relevant web hosting category to do it. then,you can spin the artcile to several versions and submit them to other high pr article directories. If you don't know more good high pr ones, just search them out in google.I think you will get a good list there.
