Had great service until 16 May. They have disappeared! Does anyone know if they have gone belly up or just having tech problems?

Disappeared? What do you mean by that? Nobody answer your support ticket / e-mail? Cannot reach them by phone? or disappeared from earth?

I am looking at their web site and everything seems ok.

Maybe you need to be patientce a little bit more.

I have never heard of them, wait a little longer, and then look for one of the highky recommended hosts on this board they will be more athn happy to take your money :)
