Submissions are made on a regular basis by visitors, and by the AffiliateAnnounce service

Revenue
The site makes me gas money once in a while. :) What your really purchasing is a site with a great deal of potential to make money. I know I could generate some revenue if I had the time to put it. Join the affiliate programs with second tiers and link your urls to get people to sign up under you. I've had some offers from people to buy ad space, paid top listings, etc.

Reason I Want to Sell
I don't have the time to devote to this to make it profitable. I want to focus on my primary business and put any money I can make from the sale towards it.
