So I embed it into my custom header file? I'm confused

there is a space on 2co admin panel where you can add the header.html and footer.html to your orders so it looks more like your site rather than 2co. I would think you would need to embed it into the header.html and you should be all set.

Nevermind...it did work. But it seems you can only change the link colors; the text wouldn't change.
