Anyone know what enoms support hours are?

I know they only do phone support through the week but on a weekend, do they have staff on the email/helpdesk?

I don't think so. My experience has been that they won't respond to weekend requests until Monday.

Unless you're an ETP (direct reseller for enom), you should be emailing your parent for 1st level support.

Alternatively, you could ask your question here and see if someone knows the answer ;)

from my expirience i know that enom provide support to all enom reseller accounts. The time for a support answer is about a working day.
