Hi Vince,

I signed up with you guys yesterday, and still havent received any email or anything about my order or account status. I emailed site5 earlier today but still havent gotten anything. Im kind of in a hurry cause my other host messed up my site and now my site is down and I need to switch hosts FAST. BTW my email address is ray@3jtech.com. Please advise.

Ray,

The reason this was not setup yet is because you already have an account with us under this exact same domain name. Please email sales@site5.com regarding this issue, as Vince is not responsible for the activation of new accounts.

In the future, the best way to get answers to your questions is to contact our staff directly; I don't think WHT members appreciate tech support issues being carried out on these forums. :)
