IF you are interested in charge.com, I would also check out http://ezmerchantaccounts.com
I am currently signing up with them. With the authorize.net gateway you can host the signup form on your site (if you have a secure cert) or you can transfer them to a semi customizable form on the authorize.net site.

You are pretty much right. The break down is:
Setup: $195
Gateway fee: $15/month
Statement fee: $10/month
MC/Visa discount fee: 2.25%
Transaction fee: $0.25/transaction
There is a $10 monthly minimum on combined transaction fees and discount fees. So if you charge nothing in a month the minimum you pay is $35. If you charge enough for you transaction and discount fees to total more than $10 you pay the actual transaction and discount fees, and forget the $10.

Charge.com is an Authorize.net seller (I think) and they only charge $195 setup compared to ezmerchantaccounts.com $295 setup fee.

Get-Hosted,
Check the ezmerchantaccounts.com website before posting. They only charge $195 for the setup fee when using Authorize.net as the gateway, and they are are an Authorize.net reseller just as charge.com is.
