I came across this site the other day which is an article on how to go about choosing a web hosting company. I'd recommend any hosting company out there to go through it as it gives a good idea to what the general person with at least some knowledge looks for. Check it out :)

In another post I noticed someone was thinking about increasing their prices because they thought their cheap plans scared away potential customers. It even says something about... enjoy.

I think this is useful as a marketing tool to be posted on a website as it forms a good checklist for a real host to follow.
