Hi there - I was wondering if anyone had experience in setting up Backup MX records using the namecheap interface. When i create mail hosts - A Records - and matching MX records, it seems that the DNS system doesnt register the MX records as valid and I have found that mail is subsequently bounced. When I use the MXE function it wont allow me to register more than one server despite haing different MX preferences. I understand how to setup DNS and MX Backup, I just dont understand how to configure the namecheap DNS interface properly. Any help would be appreciated, in advance of support getting back to me, as yet it has been almost 12-24 hours on the issue. |
