I'm looking for a list of good ticketing systems. I'm looking for something with the functionality of Wonderdesk SQL, but without the $1499 price tag.
Any ideas?

We have tested it and all is functional. We, recently moved onto Redhat, and are now re-developing a system using ASP, that can use a MySQL as the backend database rather than Access for NT. I will keep you posted on any pre-releases. If anyone is interested in the NT, version using Access database, drop me an email, and I will send you a copy to test. I am intending to distribute this as a Free GPL Licence version, rather than charging loads of bucks for it, or there maybe a little charge like $20 or something for the licence, to cover our work, depending on the requests for the system. webfors 05-15-2001, 01:55 PM Excellent feedback everyone. Thanks! I'm checking them all out now :) webfors 05-21-2001, 12:57 PM So far http://techuk.com/HelpDesk/ looks like it's most suited for me. I also had excellent reponse whenever I submitted a ticket with questions. I also installed ticketsmith, which I also really liked. I have some deciding to do :) webfors 05-23-2001, 03:59 PM After taking another look at Kunal's http://thedesk.getmonked.net/ I was very impressed. This is an excellent helpdesk and has almost all the features I've been looking for. It's more expensive than most (except wonderdesk), but it looks very promising. WildWayz 05-24-2001, 04:21 AM Kunal's The Desk is very good indeed :) I believe he is releasing a version that auto-creates FAQ's from the support questions :) --James Lacey 06-18-2001, 12:43 PM Originally posted by ksstudio You Should take a look at Voxel's Ticketsmith Also http://www.voxel.net/projects/ticketsmith :) Is this Free? Thanks to all who have made improvements! :) Our only commercial offering is Ubersmith (http://www.ubersmith.com) which integrates ticketsmith and CBMS. Hope that clears things up. rD Originally posted by Lacey Is this Free?
