I am having problems refilling my enom reseller acount. I am not from US and I'm trying to pay using VISA but Enom doesn't want to accept it. If I enter my spanish postal code I get an Error 65 (bad address or date) and if I enter NA as postal code I get Authorization failed.

Has this happened to any of you? What can I do? I emailed enom support but they haven't replied.

Thanks

Are you making sure that you are selecting spain in the country selector?

Is the card expired?

Province?

I had a similar problem from the UK - my postcode is xx4 2xx but Enom wouldn't accept it. When I typed in xx04 02xx it worked - could be as simple as that!

Why not pay with Paypal?

I still have problems. I tried using 0XXXXX as the postal code instead of XXXXX and it doesn't work. I have tried it many times. I also made a purchase with another company and the cc works fine.

I cannot pay with paypal because some months ago I opened an account and after receiving some payments they limited my account. Now I cannot send money, only receive. I decided to stop using paypal. Now the account is still limited and I have to send a fax to verify it but since I dont live in the US I cannot send it. They tell me to send the information through mail but it will take too long.

Anyone from Spain who was succeded on this can help me?

they might block the ip from ur country for top up. Check with them

I would understand blocking IP's from some asian countries but I dont think they have blocked IP's from Spain or any other Member of European Union.

Santiago,

as musafir said, they might have blocked the ips. That's why he said to check it with them. Who knows, it might just a simple "sintax" error or something really simple. :)

It won't hurt you just to check it. :)

Just my 2 cents. :)

Thanks

The card name and address details also must be the same as the account owners I believe, so if you have any discrepancies it will be rejected.. enom has a savage verification system now due to the huge amount of fraud they have experienced..

I checked the account details and the zip code was as XX 00000 (where the 0's are the numbers of my zip code). The rest was all correct. I changed the zip code in my account to 00000 and then tried again with no luck.

Enom say it's a problem during authorization with my bank, but my bank says they have received no request from Enom. Now my bank is checking whethere it is a problem of communication between VISA and my bank
