Does anyone have any idea when paypal will be accepting switch/solo,

I dont plan to use this for my company just for a personal account as i've heard paypal is crap, just need to use it to order a few things.

Ebay say it will be in early 2003 just wondering if anyone has any inside info with a rough ish date. As a lot of projects say like early 2003 and then end up being completed about 5 years later.
