I need some help on which shopping cart to use as I decided to scrap the current shopping cart (Problem with browser incompatibility)

1. Runs on IIS
2. Support MsAccess
3. Can be easily Intergrate with PlanetPayment
4. Browser compatible (I.E, Netscape and etc)
5. Able to customize to my site look and feel
6. Web based administration
7. Affordable :D

If you guys come across any shopping cart that meets the above critiria let me know. :)

2. Support MsAccess
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BIG BIG BIG mistake, MSAccess is not really meant to be used for the web!
A guy I know created a web site where the back end was MSAccess, it worked great, except the ISP wouldnt add the ODBC links he required so had to use ADO (afaik)
the database needs to be accessible to the clients, if they find the database on the system they can download the whole thing and get ALL the information from it !!
the rest of your requirements sound OK and im sure you can find a package but DONT use MSAccess, ESPECIALLY not for a shopping cart which will probably hold credit card info/billing info etc...
Certify,
I emailed you about a week ago about fixing your current shopping cart script without getting an answer. I'm not sure if you recieved my email or not.
Although I also do ASP/MS SQL (if client insists), I would recommend PHP/MySQL any day, because of the prefomance, features and security.
A really good Shopping cart that I used for a LOT of my design clients was EasyCart (www.easycart.com). Not too expensive and works great!
