View Full Version : Client Management Software?
mozd3v 05-14-2001, 05:59 AM Can anyone suggest any sort of Client Management Software I can use to manage my Hosting Clients? I know many companies use databasing systems these developed internally but I neither have the skills or time to develop something myself.
I need something which I can setup records for on per-domain basis and can input specific information such as account owners details, payment info, passwords etc. etc.
I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Out of curiousity, what client management system is being discussed here? Maybe someone could share it?
I would like to know to... why not sharing with others?
Maybe apps like modernbill por phpmanager could achieve all that...

dmistry 12-18-2002, 11:13 PM Out of all these reply's I am still wondering what everyone uses for there customer database? Anyone?
neonlexx 12-18-2002, 11:43 PM We took an open-source php/mysql based address book and turned it into a client mangement system......
ServerSonic 12-19-2002, 05:12 AM ModernBill is a wonderful program, worth every penny.
dmistry 12-19-2002, 10:06 AM i actually use modernbill, and your are absolutly right its a great thing. i however do not wish to give everyone access to my billing information.
I am looking for something that I can have client information stored in (ip's name number rack switch port etc) so my hired help can log in to and retrieve any information they may beed to help resolve the clients problem.
ServerSonic 12-19-2002, 04:08 PM Ahhhh ok. Well it would be a fairly simple thing to do that with PHP/MySQL. Shouldnt take more than a few days of on and off work to get it coded. The pain is to fill it with data.
