I have a question. When customers pay by paypal, would I have to contact them every month and ask them to pay me through pay pal? Also, if a paypal customer is paying by subscription, how can I cancel that subscription if they cancel there account? Also, with 2checkout.com how do I cancel people being billed? Thx.

To answer your questions, if your clients have signed up under a subscription, you will not have to bill them. However, if someone just wants to sign up manually, you would have to send them a bill.
To cancel subscription payments, have them click on the link below, but be sure to modify the email address with yours.

as far as 2checkout, there's an option for canceling a recuring payment in your control panel.

Just be carefull on 2checkout, because once you 'cancel' a reoccuring bill - I don't believe you can issue refunds.
Example if a customer cancels within the '30 day money back guarantee' time. You would have to refund them - then stop reoccurring billing. At least that is how I understand it.
Also I don't believe transaction fees are refundable with 2checkout. Meaning, even if you refund someone - you are still paying their transaction fees.
2checkout does work well with this though.
