Damn, i need to find a domain register service that accepts a debit card (without the 3 security digits), the debit card is a Visa, and I'm in Mexico.

Cheers.

Godaddy. Just check the "not on my card" option when you register it.

I have successfully registered domains with a debit card at namecheap.com, godaddy, registerfly.com... and a few others... I think enom will work too, I seem to remember getting one from them... best of luck.

I have 2 credit cards and 2 debit cards also, and all 4 have the security strip along with digits on the back. Thought it was pretty standard these days.

eNom will accept you card with out the numbers. It only says on the credit card billing info: "Required if it's on your card".
