I just got an email from them (before my last reformat) that stated they were heavily investigating this practice. I would not advise it to anyone which lives within US boundaries. If you do, be advised of the risk you are taking. The fines and criminal prosecution that goes along with this type of fraud are astronomical.

Proceed with caution... and if your in this, make sure you have a highly skilled attorney. Preferably one that is a friend of the family -- so he can make sure your wife, kids, and mistress' are well taken care of while your in the federal pen.
