You get it fully coded in HTML/CSS (yes properly coded, and not just sliced and dumped in photoshop)... along with exclusive rights (ie this template will only be sold once).

Be careful dealing with "pattox", he offered to buy out the template on Jan 29th - to date, I have not recieved the payment, and he has stopped responding to my PM's and blocked me [I presume] from MSN.

If you want to resolve this matter pattox, please contact me ASAP.

Well, it appears pattox is not going to complete his end of the deal, so this template is now for sale again.

Same deal as above - the package also comes with a sub-page for your interior pages.
