You will need to contact them, do you have a shared hosting account? If you do, I really don't think it is possible for you to be able to buy them. If you are a reseller, then you most definately should be able to. Call them or e-mail them and ask, maybe they'll let you.

Akula,

Like Serin say, you will have to go back to the web host to purchase or more correctly 'lease' an IP address. Because of the limitation of IP addresses, ARIN requires you to provide them justification for releasing an IP address.

You have to know WHY you need extra IP numbers. If WHY isn't big enough you won't get more IPs.

Usually when you host a site somewhere, you don't have your own IP. Your domain name is used to identify the part of the server that you use. Special IPs that only you use costs more money.

Hi Akula,
it really depends on host and there is no need and even imposible to have 2 IP-adresses for one domain name.
You probably host more domains on 1 shared hosting account and have IP for just one of them, then you should contact your host and ask for more.

If this is your situation, please beware that many hosts charge you as much $5 for each additional IP and if you host too many domains you should consider dedicated/virtual server where IPs are much cheaper and the costs will be same at the end and you get more from such server.

If you need for something else, let us know
