Hi,

I did a client of mine a favor, by transfering his old(other server) account to his new(my server) trough shell(wget blabla).

It was about 50 MB, but if I check his quota in WHM or Cpanel, it still says 0. How can I fix this?

Make sure he has proper ownership of the files, chown user:group /path -R should fix this
