Cybernetiks Design is now looking to employ multiple designers with multiple purposes for one of the multiple new divisions of our company we are opening.
We have 3 possible methods of payment, inwhich the designer can choose, but the affixed rates will vary based on designers talents, and avalible work time. All are paid bi-weekly.
1. Small comission % + Large Salary
2. Large comission % on all works, + small Salary (Recommended and preferred)
4. Large Hourly Rate, No or very nil comissions.
We currently have 3 high quality designers. And are looking to employ up to 8 more in various positions.
Currently. we are looking for 2 types of designers:
1) The best of the best. We are looking for the next generation of designers, and will pay them accordingly. We currently posses 2 very skilled individuals, and are hopeing to develope an established team of equally skilled designers.

Designers able to produce such dynamic and graphically advanced designs are what we seek, we will provide designers with any necessary materials, eg stock photos, if they are a full time employee perhaps a VALID photoshop license so you can be working legit if you arnt so already.
Any designers capable of this shold highly consider this offer to join one of the newest cutting edge next generation web developers, and also a chance to earn some very big $.
2) Template designers, people with the ability to make attractive designs on sale for our template site. Depending on the amount of production a designer can reach, the pay will very greatly. Many examples can be found at our competitors:

These templates range all topics but a good point to focus on would be hosting and technology.
In addition we are hiring very capable logo designers, but their payment scale will be differnt, please email me to discuss this if you specialize in ability to make attractive and dynamic logos.
