Hi...how long after you do the online registration does it take to get any kind of feedback from Revecom? I have read posts where people haven't even faxed in their paperwork and they are already in Test Mode with Revecom.
And so much for 24/7 tech support. I sent them two email last night and as of right now STILL haven't heard from them at all! Is this 24/7 unless we arent here then it isnt? Are they even open on Sundays?

When I signed up with them I was literally up and running (out of test mode) within 24 hours. When I send in a trouble ticket, I receive a response with 8-9 hours...not always correcting the problem, but I do receive a response.
You might want to give them a call. When I call, I always get a person. It's a 1-800 number, so it won't cost you anything.
After you fill out the form, you are given an account ID number and the link to login. You are automatically placed in test mode. After you pay the setup fee and fax the paperwork, then you are activated.

Can you supply me with the 800 number as I can't find it on their site...also, I registered last night and have not heard from them at all.
Their phone number is 1-888-751-0744.
When I registered, I immediately received my account info...within 5 minutes. It had the number I gave you plus my login info and other instructions.

Yes, I had my account fully functional within 30 minutes.
Filled out the form, read the papers, faxed them the papers, entered my CC to pay them $50, and I was up and running.
