I just signed up for a 2Checkout account and I'm pleased with the arrangement, but I noticed last night that I couldn't login to the sellers section of the site because they shut it down due to heavy traffic. Is this a regular occurance?

Also - I've been reading other users comments concerning 2Checkout and most are positive. I was wondering if anyone has had any real disasters with them?

Thanks for your help.

They never notify you whenever there is the charge back. They waited until out of their hand from the bank. Than they call you and say you are the one have to contact to your client, because there is the charge back. End up you loss your money.

good luck.

2CO is pretty good for the most part. I've always considered their lack of phone support a thorn in the side though.

My 2 cents.

No disasters here. I've had some minor problems, but other then that they've been good. :)

Usually if you check back after a few minutes when it is shut down due to heavy traffic you'll be able to get in.

2checkout has been pretty good lately - no major problems.

Only real downside is when you really need to check on an order you can't login because their system is having problems due to the traffic.

A chargeback is initiated by the bank/cc company. We don't receive notice until it is a chargeback, and pass that information on when we receive it. At that point is is your responsibility to prove that youn did supply the product/service to the client in question, if you want to reverse the charge.

apollo: There is no bandwidth problem. Anytime our servers for order processing approach a certain threshold, we load balance.

2Checkout has taken enough money from me as it is. Those NO HIDDEN FEE's thing is a joke. A bad joke what turned old after I realized how much money I was truly getting.
