I am a webdesigner. I have voltige.net has domain. It is registered at EasyDNS and the DNS is too managed there.
All is going well so I've decided to become a webhost. My webhosting domain is MonHebergeur.net so my DNS are ns1.monhebergeur.net and ns2.monhebergeur.net (not fixed).
I changed the DNS servers of voltige.net to ns1.monhebergeur.net and ns2.monhebergeur.net, instead of the EasyDNS's ones. It didn't worked correctly so I put back the EasyDNS' ones.
Then... the service level changed from "DNS-Only & Registry fees" to "Registry fees and Free parking".
I emailed and called @ EasyDNS and then explained me that when we change to external DNS, it degrades our account. All's now OK but remember to change then only in the worstest cases!
That's not finished: I'm french-canadian :stickout: and the guy wasn't understanding my Quebecois english and I wasn't understanding is french (his accent was ok but he was using dictionnay's words... berk)
So that's it and remember to keep your DNS up to date ;)
