Has anybody here experienced being sent a cheque by instabill.com?

They still owe me over $200 and when I contacted them that I still haven't received anything, nobody answered.

Are they ripping me off?

We used to be using them. And we always got our checks from them.

We always got the checks two weeks later of the date the control panel claimed that they have sent the checks. So if two weeks haven't passed, give them sometimes.

sky,

I use Revecom which is also paysystems.com. I have the same problem, but I called them up and they have responded to me that they will wait till monday and then if I haven't received my check they will stop payment on that check and ask me to fax them a voided check. When they get my fax that will do a direct deposit to my checking account.

So, I would say, find the email you got at signup. It had some phone numbers. Call them, and be persistent.

I just noticed you are in asia, so maybe calling them isn't a good idea give phone call cost, however, I would have to say if you are talking about the check that you should have received for the period closing April 31, I have to say, "be patient". It is being mailed to Asia, after all. I am in the US and never get mine in less than 7 days from the close of a period.

We've used Instabill as well, and never any problems. Cheques are sent every two weeks, and we receive them here in Canada about 10 days after they're sent. Keep track of the cheques you are owed by looking up your statements in the logon control panel.

Cheers!
Rob.

Thanks!

I will try to wait until the end of the month, I guess (so that would be 4 weeks).

I can't understand how they can't send cheques on time when they claim to use Fed Ex (and subtract $25, from what I've read from the sign-up).

Oh, well. Just as long as I'm not ripped off, I can be patient. It's the cheapest solution anyways.

Thanks again!

No... They only will use FedEx and etc to send your cheques, if you ask them to. And you will be charged for that.

Hello
We still use Instabill for processing Amex and Discover cards.
The cheques are very regular and the one time we had a problem (words and figures did not match) we got a replacement cheque very promptly.
I don't think you will have a long term problem with Instabill.

That's strange. When I signed up, the only other alternative to wire transfer is Fed Ex (on their sign-up form).

I couldn't even choose regular air mail because the choice wasn't there.
