Anyone know why they are either down or lagged real bad?

they are there, but the packet loss is 100% :/

but the packet loss starts at Sprint, so it might not be theri problem, but the upstream instead :(

Yep it's Sprint... we can't reach Catalog (in OK) either...

I can't reach Catalog or Burst from my office computer, but a trace route on Yahoo! (http://net.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/trace.sh) gets to both without problem.
