We use Signio PayFlowPro for a few web sites that we own and we're very satisfied with them. Recently Signio was bought out by Verisign and we really haven't seen much of a change with their service or support. We use Cybercash for our web hosting site and we were just notofied that Cybercash was just taken over by Verisign as well ;-) . We used to use authorize.net and we found that Signios response time was much better.

We've been using Payflow Pro since last October, and it's worked great. I can't speak for support, as we've simply never needed it - the service works flawlessly.
