I am now seeking a partner / investor to take this project to the sky.

For the past few months, I have been planning a site. Now, this is not any site that you just throw money into and hope it produces, its a site where a lot of planning and ideas have been put into it and strategies have been formed. I have talked to a few consultants about the ideas.

I am looking for someone who would be willing to come in and become a partner or an investor, and help me take this project of the ground.
