Hi, I am in need of a talented freelance coder for a project I am currently working on.

Does anyone know of a good forum/site where I can place my request, and get some QUALIFIED, and professional applicants...but still at competative prices? I have a VERY limited budget, but I dont think I can find a current solution or "hack" out there...I have some ideas to possibly stear the coder in the right direction to save him/her some time...but my skills with php/mysql are very limited.

Once again if anyone knows a site/forum that will serve this purpose please let me know!

Okay...Ive thought about it, and Ive realized there might actually be a marketable software with this idea that I have. Can somone who has experience with developing a software using outside help, or possibly finding a talented coder to partner with please message me? Im not sure about how to go about doing this without getting my idea stolen.
