You dont want to use Akopia, its quite unstable.

What exact problems are you having setting it up? The initial install? The administrative piece? Akopia is a fairly good product and we haven't noticed any more or less instability in it than in any other shopping cart programs.

We have found that akopia is very unstable.

One day Akopia is there, the next its gone

it may just be that the cart system needed to be reset on your server. it has been there for me.

Gotcha. I'd show you one, but we're in the process of moving a bunch of people to new systems and we blew away the one we were playing with. If we get that recreated, I'll toss the link your way.
