Can anyone tell me how many gigs bandwidth per month is .25mbps?

about 80GB/mo .25mbps=.25 megabits per second
that traffic is not burstable and may make your site run slow. the 80GB estimate is if the maximum bandwidth is being used 24/7

It's not much due to the lack of burstability. It comes to about 32 K bytes per second. If your pages average 50K (including graphics), it would takes about 2 seconds to load the page if only 1 person was accessing your site at the moment. If you get 4 people accessing it at any time, it would take about 8 seconds and so on...
