i didn't see the page it's down now, i see these sorts of sites all the time though.....
i have nothing against keyword enriched domain names for search engine purposes if utilized properly and they have enough unique content and the sites are just not a mirror/duplicate of another site.
but some dudes are funny when i see what they do to try and manipulate search engine rankings, makes me laugh

It had a bunch of "penis enlargement" links at the top, and didn't have that white-on-blue text -- which is probably an attempt to get certain words on the page at a certain density, and to have what they think will be the "right amount" of text. But I'd be surprised to find that site ranked well anywhere -- they really aren't (in either the cached version or the other one) doing anything that's going to work in a competitive keyword area.
