Myacen offers shared SSL with their reseller plans for less if that's any help.

Myacen Reseller Plans (http://myacen.com/resellers.html).

thats a little more than i was looking to pay :-/

$10-20 USD would probably be the most

I see. You could always resell some space to a friend or something to regain some revenue but I understand. We all have budgets.

We don't offer custom plans, however as Curtis stated we do offer shared ssl on our reseller plans.

Don't just pick a host from a list. Look into it yourself, contact the host, familiarize yourself with their web site and services. And of course make sure you find what you need as far as features and storage go. Make your first step the right step.
